You can now be able to view the actions being made by the customer on an application and also be able to tell where they stopped in the application process.
We have introduced a traces tab on Originate that helps you view all of this.
To view them, navigate to the application you’d like to view, then click on the Activity Tab > Traces Tab. You will be able to view all customer actions that have taken place on the application as can be viewed below.
