When reviewing a customer's application, you may want to add a comment that other users should take note of without going ahead to review or approve the application.

Navigate to the application and click on the pencil icon to Add a Comment
- Enter the comment and click on Add Comment to save the information.
Once the comment is saved, it can be seen in the History Tab. The name of the user who added the comment, as well as the date and time it was made, is also seen, as shown below:
NOTE: Adding a comment does not change the status of the application.
