You can change a customer's disbursement account by following the steps below:
- Search for the application using the application ID
- Click on the view latest version button
- Go to the Bank Information Tab and click on the Change Bank button
- At this step, there are two options available;
- If the customer has more than one disbursement account linked to their profile and wishes to switch from one disbursement bank to another, click on the preferred bank account and click on the Set Bank Account button to save that account as the primary disbursement account.
- If the customer wishes to add a new disbursement account, click on the Add A New Bank Account button, and proceed to select the bank from the dropdown, add the account number and name, then click on the Set Bank Account button
Once these actions are completed, the new disbursement account will be set and attached to the customer's application.
