How to Make A Repayment (Pay With Transfer)

We have now added a new Paystack payment method called bank transfer.

With this new payment method, customers can now transfer money into the merchant’s bank account to make their loan repayments.

Below is a step-by-step guide on how to make a repayment using the Pay with Transfer method.

• Log into the dashboard on your repayment date.

• On the dashboard, click on the View Details button then click on the Make Card Repayment button.

• Choose the repayment amount and scroll down to proceed to select the repayment method

• To pay via bank transfer, select the Pay with a different method option and proceed to click on the Make Repayment button.

• Once this is done, the Paystack widget will be displayed with the transfer option pre-selected and the transfer details required to make a transfer to the merchant’s bank account.

• Once the transfer is initiated, click on the I’ve sent the money button and Paystack will proceed to check the transaction status.

• Once Paystack has confirmed the payment, a pop-up showing the successful transfer will be displayed.

• The process is now completed and the customer can proceed to the dashboard.
