How to sign in to the help center as a new user?

If you have never sent a support request to [e-mail], It is important to create an account and sign in to the help center so that you can:

• submit requests
• keep track of requests
• update submitted requests and closed-out tickets
• vote on articles
• comment on articles

Note: Only follow these steps if you have never sent a support email to [e-mail]

To sign in as a new user, you need to create an account first:

• Click on the Sign in button

• On the new page, click on sign up to create an account

• Enter your full name and email address

• A link will be sent to your email to set your password

• Once done, use your email and password to sign in.
