It is important to note that if at any time you have sent an email to support@indicina.co then you are automatically added as a user. Please, reset your password to complete the process of creating an account and signing in to the help center so that you can:
- submit requests
- keep track of requests
- update submitted requests and closed-out tickets
- vote on articles
- comment on articles
To sign in as a new user, you need to create an account first:
- Click on the Sign in button
- On the new page, enter the email that you have consistently used to send emails to support@indicina.co and click on forgot password
Note: Only use the email you have previously used to send a support request
- A link will be sent to your email to reset your password
- Once done, use your email and password to sign in.
