Who is an existing User and How do I sign in as an existing user?

It is important to note that if at any time you have sent an email to [e-mail] then you are automatically added as a user. Please, reset your password to complete the process of creating an account and signing in to the help center so that you can:

• submit requests
• keep track of requests
• update submitted requests and closed-out tickets
• vote on articles
• comment on articles

To sign in as a new user, you need to create an account first:

• Click on the Sign in button

• On the new page, enter the email that you have consistently used to send emails to [e-mail] and click on forgot password
  Note: Only use the email you have previously used to send a support request

• A link will be sent to your email to reset your password
• Once done, use your email and password to sign in.
