How Do I Accept An Offer Letter?

Once your application is successful and your loan is approved, an offer letter notification is sent to your email.

To sign an offer letter;

• Click on the View Offer Letter button in the mail sent to your registered email address

• Sign into your dashboard
• Click on the view offer letter button to read through the offer letter, once done
• Click on the sign with OTP button

• Input the 6-digit code sent to your registered phone number
• Click on the sign offer letter button

Once this is done, a success screen will be displayed confirming that the offer letter was signed successfully. 

Important to Note

The offer letter OTP may not be delivered to your registered phone number if you have DND turned on. To disable DND send ALLOW to 2442 to remove DND.
