You'll find this information in the email we've sent you, ensuring you have all the details regarding the reason for the loan decline.
It's accessible on your dashboard for quick reference whenever you need it.
To view this information on your dashboard:
- Log into your dashboard
- Go to My Loans tab
- Click on View Details
- Click on View Reasons
- A pop-up will be displayed listing all the reasons for the decline. Click on Close to exit the page.
