There are different notifications sent out to customers and these are for:
- Application approvals
- Application denial
- Application is under review
- Loan disbursement
- Loan repayment is made
The notifications could be sent via SMS, Email, or using both medium.
The system has now been upgraded to allow you to specify the medium to which these notifications will be sent out. To do this, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the admin portal
- Click on Settings tab
- Navigate to the Configuration section
- On the Notification Preferences, specify the medium of your choice
- Click on Update to save the entry
If you would like to opt out of any notification, please leave the fields unchecked.
Note:
Please, note that SMS notifications come at a cost, and the more the notifications sent out, the higher the cost implications.
