On Originate, once an application has been moved to the disbursement stage, it cannot be reverted to its previous status.
This is because a loan portfolio has already been created for that application.
We typically advise that the loan be declined and the customer be asked to reapply.
In cases where this is not feasible, we advise that the loan be disbursed and changes made to the portfolio after disbursement.
It's helpful to note that this workaround will only be possible if the required changes fall into the category of editing the principal, the interest, or the loan duration using the edit repayment feature.
