How to Configure Auto-Decline On Incomplete Applications

This update allows users to define a validity period for incomplete applications.

For example, if the validity is set to 1 hour, any application left incomplete beyond that time will be automatically declined by the system.

To configure this:

• Log in to the admin portal
• Select your preferred loan product and click on Edit 

• Go to the Loan Attributes section and click on the dropdown beside Application
• Toggle the Auto Decline Incomplete Applications button to enable it

• Input your preferred validity period in hours

• Click Continue and Complete to save the changes.

Note:
If you’d like to set a validity period longer than 24 hours, enter the total duration in hours during configuration—for example, input 72 hours for a 3-day period.
