How to Decline Applications in Bulk

Multiple applications can be declined at a time on the admin portal if the selected customers do not meet the acceptance criteria.

To decline applications in bulk, please follow the steps below:

1. Select the applications to be denied. 
2. The Delete Applications button is displayed once the application(s) is selected.
3. Confirm the number of applications selected and delete the application

NOTE

1. Only a user with the role User can reject a loan application can decline an application in bulk 
   
   
2. Applications that have already been approved cannot be denied
3. All applications cannot be selected at once, only individual applications
