Once the customer has finished the application process utilizing the application forms you've generated, the data becomes accessible through the admin portal.
This information can be found under the Custom Form Data and Supporting Documents tabs.
To view this information from the customer details page,
- Search for the customer using the ID, email, name etc.
- Navigate to the Custom Form Data tab
To view this information from the application details page,
- Search for the application using the application ID
- Click on the drop-down button beside Repayments
- Select Custom Form Data
NOTE:
The Custom Form Data page contains all of the information requested throughout the loan application process, while the Supporting Documents tab contains information on the submitted supporting documents as requested on the form builder.
