How to Remove A Form (Form Builder)

To remove a form,

• Click on the cancel or "x" button as can be seen below

• Then confirm that you’d like to delete the form by clicking Yes on the confirmation pop-up. This will delete the form you are currently on.

• You can also completely delete the entire forms you have created by clicking on the Reset button. 

• Confirm you’d like to delete all forms by clicking Yes on the confirmation pop-up

• Once you’ve confirmed, scroll down and click on Continue
