To add a new field,
- simply drag and drop any field from the right section of the page, where all available fields are accessible for selection, as depicted below.
- In the "Enter instruction here" field, you can input user instructions that customers will observe on the customer portal, as depicted below.
- You can mark the field as mandatory by selecting the "required" checkbox, as demonstrated below. Otherwise, the field will remain optional on the customer portal.
To remove a field,
- Click on the delete icon, as can be displayed below
